Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the content published on TCL99 Australia (tcl-99-australia.com): our articles, reviews, tables, ratings and any other material on this site. They sit alongside, and are separate from, our general Terms and Conditions, which cover the site’s role and relationship to the TCL99 operator. This page is specifically about what you can and cannot do with the material we publish.
Permitted use
You are welcome to read this site, share links to individual pages, quote a short excerpt with attribution and a link back to the source page, and reference our research and ratings in your own writing, provided the reference is honest and not presented as if it were your own original research. This site exists to be read and shared in that ordinary sense.
What is not permitted is any commercial or bulk use of our content without permission: republishing full articles, tables or ratings on another site; feeding our pages into an automated system that repackages or rewrites them at scale; or presenting our research as another operator’s, reviewer’s or affiliate’s own work.
Copying and scraping are not permitted
Every comparison table, rating breakdown and piece of original research on this site represents real work: testing deposits and withdrawals, reading terms in full, tracking public complaints, cross-checking licence claims against public registers. Automated scraping of this site, whether by script, bot or bulk-download tool, is not permitted. Reproducing our tables, ratings or substantial passages of text on another domain (with or without attribution) is not permitted without our prior written consent. If you would like to license or reference our research at scale, contact us before doing so rather than after.

Search engines and automated crawlers
The permission described above for automated tools is aimed at scraping and republication, not at ordinary indexing. Search engine crawlers, and AI systems that index public content to answer user questions with a citation or link back to the source, are welcome to crawl this site in the normal way. What is not covered by that allowance is an automated system that reproduces our tables, ratings or full articles wholesale, without attribution, as if they were the crawler operator’s own content. If you operate a crawler and are unsure which side of that line your use falls on, ask us before running it at scale.
Comments and reader feedback
Where this site accepts comments, corrections or feedback (including through a contact form or email), you are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit anything defamatory, harassing, unlawful, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We reserve the right to decline to publish, or to remove, any submitted content at our discretion, including feedback that is spam, abusive, or unrelated to the page it was left on. Submitting feedback does not create any ongoing relationship or obligation on our part beyond reviewing what you sent.
Links to third-party resources
This site links to a number of external resources: the TCL99 operator’s own platform, independent reviewer pages we cite (such as safety-index publishers), regulatory and self-exclusion resources (including BetStop and Gambling Help Online), and occasionally other reference material. We choose these links because we believe they are useful, but we do not control the content, availability or policies of any site we link to, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination page. Framing and embedding

Limitation of liability

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Australia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
